Chambers to gather for business event

Thirteen chambers of commerce in the Rochester area have scheduled a networking event for Monday designed to help businesses make new contacts to spur economic growth.

The event is from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Rochester Marriott Airport Hotel, 1890 W. Ridge Road in Greece.

Chambers from Brighton, Churchville-Riga, East Rochester, Fairport-Perinton, Gates-Chili, Greece, Henrietta, Hilton-Parma, Irondequoit, Penfield, Victor and Webster, as well as the Rochester Business Alliance Inc. are the co-sponsors.

Tickets are $10 for chamber members and $25 for nonmembers. Hors d’oeuvres will be served. A cash bar will be available.
