Blues to sponsor Rhinos this season

Excellus BlueCross and BlueShield is the jersey sponsor for the Rochester Rhinos, with the new attire to be unveiled at the May 5 home opener against Charlotte, the team announced Thursday.

Excellus also will sponsor the Rhinos’ six youth teams beginning in July, officials said. Big City Sportswear Inc. will be the Rhinos’ apparel vendor this season.
 
The Rhinos, who start the season with three away matches, have a 2-0 record, with a match at Dayton on Friday.
