Monroe Property Pros Inc. plans to hold the grand opening of Landlord Outlet, a supply and improvement store, on Thursday.
The store—located at 31 Richmond St.—will supply local landlords, contractors, property maintenance companies and do-it-yourselfers, officials said.
Monroe Property Pros Landlord Outlet was founded by Brian Mastrosimone, who has bought and sold more than 250 residential properties in the Greater Rochester area, in each case rehabilitating and turning around at-risk properties, and Jeremy Muscate, a veteran general contractor. Joining them is Eric Neu, who will manage day-to-day operations for the store.
“The Landlord Outlet was borne from our experience in the market where we saw innumerable rental property owners, contractors and managers in need of building materials essential to maintaining their investment property,” Mastrosimone said in a statement. “Our value proposition is that we can supply materials affordably and conveniently for our customers and even help with work, if necessary.”
