Expansion at three Target stores wraps up Sunday

Target Corp. plans to complete the remodeling and expansion of its fresh food services at three of its Rochester-area locations Sunday.

The remodeling has been under way the past few months at the Target locations on Ridge Road in Webster, Commons Boulevard in Victor and Medley Center Parkway in Irondequoit.

Company officials said in a statement that the expanded assortment of fresh food will include freshly packaged meant, produce and pre-packaged baked goods. On average, the remodeled locations will offer 40 percent more food offerings than a general merchandise location.

The three locations will also feature updates in their beauty, home, shoes and baby departments.
