Once Again Nut Butter names new CFO

Rochester Business Journal
August 8, 2012

Once Again Nut Butter Collective Inc. has named Bryan Fritz chief financial officer.

In his role, Fritz will set the financial policy at the Nunda, Livingston County-based firm, while being a driver of the organization’s overall strategy, the company said.

He replaced Sandra Alexander, who retired after 28 years with the company.

Fritz has worked for several years as an accountant in Rochester and has specialized in small-business advisory, auditing and consulting services for manufacturing companies.

Once Again Nut Butter is an employee-owned company that manufactures organic and natural nut butters, seed butters, roasted nuts and organic honey.

The business was founded by Jeremy Thaler and Constance Potter in 1976 as a worker cooperative, and its name was chosen by the founders, who were once again creating a business.
