WebTitle Agency and partners Cascade Settlement Agency and Customized Lender’s Services Inc. are moving to new headquarters in Brighton on Monday, company representatives announced Wednesday.
Headquarters will be moved to 500-A Canal View Boulevard from Cascade Drive in Rochester.
The move comes two months after WebTitle and Cascade Settlement announced their merger with Customized Lender’s Services.
WebTitle will add a branch office in the Executive Office Building at 36 W. Main St., with a focus on walk-in attorney traffic near county and city of Rochester offices, representatives said.
WebTitle employs some 130, plus an additional 20 at its partner companies.
