The Distillery to hold fundraiser for families of firefighters

The Distillery Restaurant Group, which has locations in Rochester, Henrietta, Victor and Greece, will seek to raise $10,000 for the families of the West Webster firefighters affected by the tragic events that took place on Christmas Eve.

All four Distillery locations will play host to a fundraiser on Tuesday beginning at 11 a.m. The company said 20 percent all proceeds it takes in that day from lunch and dinner sales will go to the families.

“The Distillery proudly supports the community in which we live and operate in and our hearts go out to these brave souls that risk their lives every day,” said Peter Psyllos, CEO and president of the Distillery Restaurant Franchising Corp., in a statement. “We are hoping that the Rochester community will help us reach our fundraising goal and raise $10,000 for this worthy cause by dining at one of our restaurants.”
