Hunt Real Estate ERA Columbus Division said Thursday it has completed its merger with ERA First Team Realty. Financial terms were not disclosed.
Led by Larry Magguilli, the 20-year-old ERA First Team joined Hunt’s Brighton-Pittsford office on Monroe Avenue last year. It has since opened a Pennsylvania office.
Hunt has four agents licensed in Pennsylvania, and they are operating out of a branch office in Oil City, Pa.
“Merging with Hunt has provided us with an opportunity to service our clients with an even greater array of programs and resources, and combined with the other Hunt offices our reach now extends across all of Upstate New York and Arizona,” said Magguilli, director of real estate owned sales, referring to foreclosure properties that have been returned to the bank.
Hunt Real Estate Corp. is the parent company of Hunt Real Estate ERA, which has 36 branches in New York, Western Pennsylvania and Phoenix.
With roughly 240 licensed local agents, Hunt Real Estate ERA Columbus Division ranked second on the Rochester Business Journal’s most recent list of residential real estate firms.
