Rochester Business Journal
March 19, 2013

AERC.com Inc., a New Jersey-based waste management company that operates under the name AERC Recycling Solutions, has opened a facility in Gates.

The site, located on Trolley Boulevard, brings AERC’s number of locations nationwide to seven. The company also has locations in California, Florida, New Jersey, Pennsylvania Texas and Virginia.

William Clark, a former vice president of operations for Pics Telecom International Corp. in Gates, will head the new AERC facility as vice president of the company’s Northeast Region.

AERC officials said the opening of the facility here will be important in growing the company’s service offerings. Clark said the facility will add jobs to Rochester, but would not speak to how many jobs would be generated.
