Food court proposed for former Bagel Bin property

The former Bagel Bin Cafe property 2600 Elmwood Ave. in Brighton has sold, Re/Max Realty Group Inc. officials announced.

A multi-tenant food court concept is being proposed for the space, Re/Max officials said.

Listing broker Howard  Kravetz of the Re/Max commercial division said Buckingham Properties LLC will be the managing partner. The seller was Brighton Commons LP. Financial terms were not disclosed.
