North Forest Office Space expanding in Penfield

North Forest Office Space is continuing to expand in the Rochester area. The company announced Monday it has begun construction of a new building at its Penn Fair Office Park in Penfield.

Work recently began on a 14,880-square-foot building at the Penfield location. It will be the fourth building at the site, completing North Forest’s development plan for Penn Fair Office Park, which opened in 2007. Construction of the new building is expected to be completed this year, with the first tenant moving in Nov. 1.

With the addition, the office park will have a total of 50,000 square feet of professional, medical and dental office space, officials said.

“The new building at Penn Fair Office Park will allow us to expand our reach and help serve the growing number of professional business owners and medical and dental practices who have expressed interest in locating in a North Forest site,” said Randy Mauger, Rochester general manager for North Forest Office Space, in a statement.

The Penn Fair project is the latest in a series of projects North Forest Office Space has completed since entering the Rochester market in 2004. Others include the recent addition of two buildings at its Crosspointe Professional Park in Webster.

The Williamsville, Erie County-based company’s local portfolio includes more than 300,000 square feet of professional, medical and dental office space at five office park locations.
