Pasta Chef To Go holds opening

Pasta Chef To Go, featuring Italian food, marked its grand opening this week at 260 N. Winton Road in Rochester.

The takeout restaurant is owned by Jan Puglia, who retired from Xerox Corp. after 37 years there and previously operated PJ’s Sub Shop in the 1980s. Pasta Chef To Go offers pasta, sauces, soups, panini, salads and desserts.

The restaurant is open Mondays through Saturdays from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., and Sundays from noon to 4 p.m.
