Cheribundi Inc. will begin selling its tart cherry juice products at ShopRite stores in several states, including New York.

"We're excited for the exposure that ShopRite's supermarkets will give us, with placement in its 250 stores across six states," said Brian Ross, Cheribundi’s CEO, in a statement. "We believe that our tart cherry juice products will appeal to ShopRite's health-oriented consumer base."

Cheribundi is a fresh-pressed tart cherry juice made from a proprietary juicing process developed by scientists at Cornell University to yield peak antioxidant levels. The firm in Geneva, Ontario County, makes tart cherry juices that are sold to individual consumers, professional sports teams and other customers.

Cheribundi is currently available in five flavors and smoothie packs in two flavors.
