Offsite Accounting & Management Inc., a Syracuse-area firm, has opened an office at Clinton Square in downtown Rochester, officials announced.

The company provides accounting services to businesses, not-for-profits and governments.

“Rochester is a natural choice for our expansion, with many opportunities there for our services,” company president Michael Benn said, in a statement.

The company, formed in July 2010, expects to add employees in Rochester by the end of this year, officials said.

Its main office is in Cicero, Onondaga County.
