Rochester Business Journal
January 29, 2014

RBS Citizens N.A.’s new business banking market manager for Rochester is Anthony Carroll, who also will oversee the Buffalo and Albany markets from his Buffalo-area office, bank officials said.

Carroll will focus on growing the bank’s existing portfolio, acquiring new customers and on working with businesses to generate sales and referrals.

He joined RBS Citizens last September from HSBC Bank USA N.A., where he served as regional business banking executive for Upstate New York.

Carroll, a graduate of Canisius College in Buffalo, has been in banking for 27 years.
