Cheribundi products to be sold at Wal-Mart stores

Cheribundi Inc. announced this week two of its top-selling Fruit Refresh blends—Lemonade Refresh and Cranberry Refresh—are now available to purchase at 2,100 Wal-Mart Stores Inc. locations.

The products, made at Geneva, Ontario County-based Cheribundi, will be featured in the juice aisle, officials said.
 
“Wal-Mart is dedicated to selling high-quality products to their customers at prices they can afford,” said Cheribundi CEO Brian Ross in a statement. “We are excited to join one of America’s largest retailers and have the opportunity to introduce Cheribundi Fruit Refresh to their loyal shoppers.”
 
Cheribundi is a fresh-pressed tart cherry juice made from a proprietary juicing process developed by scientists at Cornell University to yield peak antioxidant levels. Its products are available nationwide in 12,000 grocery, drug, natural and specialty retailers, as well as on the company’s website.
 
More than 90 collegiate and professional sports teams, along with hundreds of professional and amateur runners, cyclists and triathletes purchase Cheribundi for muscle recovery, better sleep and less pain, the company said.
