Pilates Plus Inc. has launched a virtual Pilates studio offering online fitness.
Founder Jodi Stern established, which offers 50 virtual classes. The videos include Pilates, yoga, stretching, core flexibility and balance options for customers. Videos will be added to the site each week.

The site targets individuals looking for in-depth Pilates classes or customers who crave a virtual workout that caters to busy schedules. The classes are geared toward all fitness levels and range in time and focus, the company said.

“Exercising with a virtual trainer or partner is proven to increase motivation levels in  men and women and provides a consistent workout regimen anywhere, anytime,” Stern said.

Stern teaches the virtual classes and has been teaching Pilates since 1999.
