Rochester Business Journal
March 27, 2014

The Strathallan, a DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel, has been named a top performer for 2013 in two categories in a competition with 370 hotels nationwide, officials announced Thursday.

The Strathallan received a Housekeeping Award of Excellence among DoubleTree hotels with fewer than 225 rooms, and a Food and Beverage Award of Excellence in the same category.

Jay Rettberg is the general manager at the Strathallan on East Avenue in Rochester.

The hotel ownership is a partnership between the Christa Cos. and Morgan Management LLC, which bought the property in 2011.
