ESL Federal Credit Union will be the first presenting sponsor in 46 years for the 2014 Corn Hill Arts Festival, the Corn Hill Neighbors Association announced Friday.

“We are delighted to partner with our city neighbor,” said Jeffrey Holdsworth, chairman of this year’s festival, in a statement. “ESL shares our mission to celebrate the arts, build community spirit, and enhance the urban living experience. With their support, we will continue to strengthen the historical character of Rochester’s first residential neighborhood.”

ESL financially will support the festival as well as through promotions in its role as presenting sponsor.

The 46th Annual Corn Hill Arts Festival is slated to take place on July 12 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and on July 13 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. in the Historic Corn Hill District.

“For 46 years, the Corn Hill Arts Festival has played an integral role in supporting the development and livelihood of area artists,” said David Fiedler, CEO of ESL Federal Credit Union, in a statement. “It also has helped sustain the growth and preservation of one of Rochester’s most treasured neighborhoods. ESL Federal Credit Union is pleased to lend its support as the presenting sponsor of this year’s Corn Hill Art Festival.”
