Software company launches new survey tool

March 31, 2014

Rochester online software company FCRC Apps LLC has launched a new embedded surveying feature to its fiduciary governance product, eFiduciary net.

The tool helps to create customized surveys and questionnaires for existing clients or users, as well as prospective clients.

The survey questions can be customized and surveys can be accessed by using a Web link or responding over the phone. The tool converts feedback from users to identify broad trends or full assess the experience of individuals, company officials said. It encourages collaboration, document retention, and retrieval and consultant practice management tools.
