North American Breweries names new CEO

Rochester Business Journal
April 10, 2014

Florida Ice and Farm Co. S.A. has named Kris Sirchio as CEO of North American Breweries Inc. in Rochester, officials announced Thursday.

Sirchio begins work Monday, officials said.

He will replace Richard Lozyniak, who led the turnaround of the Genesee Brewing Co. after it was acquired by New York City private equity firm KPS Capital Partners L.P. in 2009.

KPS sold NAB to Florida Ice and Farm in December 2012.

Lozyniak announced in January that he would leave the company to pursue other interests. His last day was March 26.

Sirchio most recently was executive vice president and global chief marketing officer at Brown-Forman Corp., a Louisville, Ky.-based maker of spirits and wines including Jack Daniels whiskey.
