Partners + Napier Inc. has joined with Invista to promote its recently acquired Tecgen brand account.

The creative services agency beat out other undisclosed agencies to represent the Tecgen brand, a company that sells fire resistant and protective garments.

Partners + Napier has 135 employees in three locations, including its headquarters in Rochester, an office in New York City and a field office in San Francisco.

“We’re excited to work with the Partners + Napier team,” said Cindy McNaull, global brand and marketing director at Invista Inc. in a statement. “Their passion and strategic vision for our Tecgen brand was exactly what we envisioned moving forward.”

With headquarters in Wichita, Kansas, Invista is one of the world’s largest integrated producers.

Partners + Napier will be responsible for positioning, branding, creative, engagement, shopper marketing, product design recommendations and promotions for Tecgen.

“We’re thrilled to be working on the Tecgen brand account,” said Sharon Napier, CEO of Partners + Napier in a statement. “It’s a great opportunity for our agency to help grow a brand that plays such an important part in the safety and comfort of workers around the world.”
