Document Security Systems Inc. has appointed Liolios Group Inc., a California-based investor relations firm, to lead its financial communications and investor relations program.

"Given our momentum and positive outlook, we believe DSS shareholders will benefit from an experienced team of investor relations professionals,” said Jeffrey Ronaldi, CEO of Document Security Systems, in a statement. “Liolios Group brings a track record of assisting companies like DSS, which have a dynamic operating business founded on strong intellectual property, to enhance shareholder value.”

DSS officials said Liolios Group will develop a capital markets strategy, support strategic advisory and establish introductions to key financial community leaders.
