Pittsford-based David Cornell & Co. Inc., which does business as Cornell’s Jewelers, has been named to Town & Country magazine’s The List: America’s Leading Independent Jewelers in 2014.

The list will be available on newsstands May 20 in the June/July issue.

The jewelry retailer ranks with some of the country’s leading independent jewelers and watch retailers, and employs 24 people.

“As the authority on fine jewelry and timepieces, Town & Country is dedicated to bringing readers the absolute best resources in this all-important category,” said Jennifer Levene Bruno, publisher and chief revenue officer of Town & Country, in a statement. “We are proud to welcome Cornell’s Jewelers to the country’s top tier of jewelry and watch retailers.”
