Solu Technology Partners is acquiring Lehan Partners LLC, a consulting and professional services firm in Atlanta.

Lehan Partners has been in business for five years and works with startups to Fortune 500 companies. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

A year ago, Solu Technology Partners acquired Technology Staffing Solutions, a tech staffing firm in Phoenix. The information technology staffing and managed services firm is based in Victor and provides a range of professional services from information technology to finance. It has expanded its presence to the eastern, western and southern parts of the U.S.

"The acquisition of Lehan expands our access to talent, advances the depth of services Solu can provide, expands Solu's national client base, increases opportunities for employees and further solidifies our growth as a national full service company,” said James Smith, president of Solu, in a statement.
