Riedman Cos. on Thursday unveiled Kilbourn Place, a $20 million luxury residential development in Pittsford.

The company is developing 4.75 acres of land along East Avenue into 41 residences. Construction is scheduled to be completed in 2017.  Some 100 jobs will be created as a result of the new construction, the firm said.

Two out of three styles of architecture—the Carriage Home and Townhomes—are available for viewing. Work on the first Manor Home is scheduled to begin in early June.

“It has been a collaborative effort with the town of Pittsford to ensure that Kilbourn Place embodies the historical architecture and culture of East Avenue,” said David Riedman, president of Riedman Cos., in a statement. “The (development) is going to be a tremendous success for our community.”

Riedman Cos. is a real estate development, investment, property and asset management company based in Rochester. Founded in 1993 by David Riedman, the company employs 75 people.
