Cabot Group selected to manage Mount Hope Lofts

The Cabot Group, in Pittsford, has been selected by Gilbane Development Co. to manage and lease the new Mount Hope Lofts at College Town.

The 17-acre mixed-use development consists of commercial and residential space adjacent to the University of Rochester Medical Center.

The Mount Hope Lofts consist of 154 second-, third- and fourth-story residential units that line Mount Hope Avenue and Elmwood Avenue.

College Town also will consist of a 20,000-square-foot market, a two-level Barnes & Noble Inc. university/community bookstore, a 136-room Hilton Garden Inn, 50,000 square feet of new Class A office space and numerous new shops and restaurants.

Phase one of the project is slated to be completed in August.
