Xerox board member Glenn Britt dies at 65

Xerox Corp. Wednesday issued a statement on the death of Glenn Britt, a member of the company’s board of directors.
 
“We pay tribute to a friend, a colleague and pillar of the business world,” said Ursula Burns, Xerox chairman and CEO. “We will remember most Glenn’s sharp financial mind and solid, real-life practical approach to problem solving. He was a valued member of our board and will be greatly missed. We will hold his family close to our hearts today.”

The company extended its deepest condolences to the family, friends and colleagues of Mr. Britt.

Mr. Britt, 65, served as a director of Xerox since 2004. He most recently served as chairman of the compensation committee and had served as lead independent director. He was the former chairman and CEO of Time Warner Inc. and lived in New York City.
