The three-day, 15-hour program aims to provide insight about successful leadership qualities and the responsibilities of being a leader.

The program, based on Lee Thayer’s book "Leadership: Thinking, Being, Doing," runs from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. July 9, 16 and 23.

Sessions will be held at NextStepU, at 2 W. Main St. in Victor. Private discussion with Peters before or after each session will be available for participants.
