Lyons National Bank’s full-service branch in Canandaigua will open Aug. 16, officials said this week.

Ground was broken in May at 3225 East Lake Road in Roseland Center Plaza as the bank operated from an interim office in the plaza.

“We look forward to the opportunity to better serve our Canandaigua customers,” President and CEO Robert Schick said in a statement Monday.

LNB ranks 11th in the Rochester market with local deposits of $428 million at eight branches. It has 13 branches in five counties in the Finger Lakes region.
