Pitoniak, Borrello launch new radio sports talk show

“The Radio Press Box with Scott Pitoniak and Dan Borrello” launched Wednesday on local ESPN sports radio station 95.7 FM.

The radio show will air live 3 to 7 p.m. weekdays. In addition to the FM channel, listeners can tune in on 92.5 HD2 channel, streaming online, at 950 AM and through the TuneIn Radio app.

A native of Rome and a Syracuse University graduate, Pitoniak has 35 years' experience in the newspaper business, including 25 years as a reporter, feature writer and sports columnist with the Democrat and Chronicle. He writes a weekly column for the Rochester Business Journal.

Born and raised in Silver Creek, Borrello is a St. John Fisher College graduate who has spent the last 12 years covering sports and writing columns for several Western New York radio stations and newspapers. He is sports director and producer of The Break Room morning show on WCMF-FM (96.5), and has been anchoring local morning sports updates on ESPN Rochester.
