Zweigle's to expand manufacturing facility

Zweigle’s Inc. is adding 4,500-square feet to its manufacturing facility on North Plymouth Avenue, with completion scheduled for the end of October.

R-J Taylor General Contractors Inc.—which does business as Taylor, the Builders—is overseeing construction and project management services, company officials said. NH Architecture P.C. in Greece designed the space.

The cost of the project was not disclosed. Officials at Zweigle’s did not immediately respond to a request for comment Wednesday.

“Zweigle’s is one of Rochester’s oldest and most widely respected family businesses,” said Karl Schuler, president of Taylor, in a statement released Tuesday.

“We are proud to continue our relationship with them as they further invest in our community and carry forward the legacy of quality and excellence that was established so many years ago.”
