Flaum secures leases for Tuesday Morning shop

Rochester Business Journal
March 21, 2012

Rochester commercial real estate firm Flaum Management Co. Inc. has announced four new leases totaling more than 55,000 square-feet across Upstate New York.

Flaum negotiated the deals on behalf of its client Tuesday Morning, a Dallas-based discount gift and home accessory chain.

The leases included the opening of a 23,000 square-foot Tuesday Morning store in Panorama Plaza in Penfield, formerly occupied by Linens ‘n’ Things. As part of the four leases, Tuesday Morning also has opened locations at Bethlehem Town Center in Glenmont, King’s Mall in Kingston and a shopping center in Queensbury.

Flaum Management has extensive property holdings through the Northeast and specializes in the development, redevelopment and management of retail, office and industrial properties.
