What's the No. 1 thing to see or do here?

Rochester Business Journal

Shopping at Wegmans, visiting museums like George Eastman House and the Strong National Museum of Play, attending a Rochester Philharmonic Orchestra concert—what do these activities have in common?

They were some of the most popular responses when the following question last week was posed to RBJ Daily Report readers: If an out-of-town visitor asked you what’s the No. 1 thing to see or do in Greater Rochester, what would your answer be?

Hundreds of readers responded, offering a wide range of suggestions. Other favorites included exploring the Erie Canal and Lake Ontario shore, touring the Finger Lakes, and attending special events such as the Xerox Rochester International Jazz Festival.
