Pyramid Brokerage Co. is changing the color of its familiar yellow commercial real estate signs to red. The move highlights the company’s alliance with New York City-based Cushman & Wakefield Inc., the world’s largest privately held real estate services firm.
The new signage will be phased in over the next 12 to 18 months, officials said.
Pyramid became the exclusive Upstate New York member of the Cushman & Wakefield Alliance roughly five years ago.
“As an alliance member, Cushman & Wakefield provides us with greater capabilities and depth of services—all of which enable us to enhance our services to our clients,” said Robert Berkey, Pyramid Brokerage’s chief operating officer, in a statement last week.
“In return,” he added, “we provide Cushman & Wakefield with any and all support they require in Upstate New York.”
