The Rochester Genesee Regional Transportation Authority has named Bonnie Maguire as director of business development. Maguire brings more than 30 years of experience to the role and previously was vice president of education services for ISS Facility Services Inc. Laura Giacchino has been named director of project management. Giacchino brings more than 30 years of experience to the position and previously was with Eastman Kodak Co.
Sandra Testa has joined the Gunlocke Co. as senior buyer with the company's strategic procurement team. In her new position, Testa will oversee all aspects of supplier selection, management and development, including rationalization, negotiations, quality and delivery. Eric Pettee has been hired as a division finance controller. Pettee will provide leadership for all financial aspects of the company, including the manufacturing, distribution, transportation and procurement of wood contract furniture
Clark Patterson Lee announces the following promotions: Jason Benfante, senior associate; Susan Clark, principal associate; Michael Laco, senior associate; Katherine Metcalfe, principal associate; and Michelle Trott, principal associate. David Schoell has been hired as architectural designer and draftsman.
Retrotech Inc. announces the appointment of Paul Deveikis as CEO. Deveikis previously served as president of the engineering and integration unit for Wynright Corp. of Illinois and brings nearly 30 years of executive experience to the role.

Five Star Bank has appointed Deanna Rose as employee relations, employment and engagement manager. She will be responsible for fostering communication between employees and management, developing employee engagement initiatives and overseeing two staff members.
Harold Schaefer has joined M&T Bank as a mortgage consultant. He will focus on first-time homebuyers in the Spencerport area. Schaefer brings more than 18 years of experience to the firm. Dave Hawes has been promoted to assistant sales manager for the Rochester mortgage market. He brings more than 17 years of mortgage experience to the role.
Jack Connell has been named executive vice president of Roberts Wesleyan College, overseeing day-to-day operations. Connell joined the college in 2008 and will continue to manage the office of advancement and external relations.
