RBJ Buzz Award finalists set

A tally of online votes has determined the finalists for the RBJ Buzz Award.

The three contenders are Abbott's Frozen Custard Inc.; Lollypop Farm, the Humane Society of Greater Rochester; and Socially Good Business.

The Rochester Business Journal created this new award to determine which local business has the most buzz right now on social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest and Instagram. Voting took place this week on RBJ’s Facebook page.

The RBJ Buzz Award winner will be announced at the RBJ Best of the Web awards breakfast on March 14 at the Radisson Rochester Riverside.

This is the 16th year of the RBJ Best of the Web competition, whose winner are determined by a panel of judges. Twelve category winners—and the gold, silver and bronze overall winners—will be announced at the awards breakfast.
