Structural framework complete for Hilton Garden Inn

Rochester Business Journal
April 4, 2013

The structural framework is in place for a Hilton Garden Inn in Perinton, with the 107-room hotel scheduled for completion May 13, officials said Thursday.

Widewaters Construction Inc. is the contractor.

The hotel will have four meeting rooms offering 3,000 square feet of flexible space. Its Hilton Grille and Bar offers breakfast items such as omelets, fruit, breads and the hotel’s signature waffle.

The restaurant also serves cocktails and dinner.

The new facility is at 800 Pittsford-Victor Road, the former site of the Brookwood Inn.
