Patrick Kennedy is coming to Rochester on Wednesday to speak at East House’s 2013 Celebration of Hope & Recovery Luncheon.

The mental health advocate and former U.S. Representative is the keynote speaker for the luncheon, which is part of the Rochester-based non-profit’s initiative to highlight the efforts of this with mental illnesses and/or chemical dependency issues to “live satisfying and productive lives.”

At the luncheon, East House will also recognize Gary and Marcia Stern with the 2013 Moving Lives Forward Award, which honors those who make an extraordinary commitment to supporting individuals in recovery.
