Re/Max launches full service real estate brokerage

Rochester Business Journal
April 11, 2012

Re/Max of New York Inc. has announced the opening of Re/Max Custom, a full service real estate brokerage in Rochester.

The company’s office will be located on Empire Boulevard and run by Mike Liess, a former associate broker for Re/Max First and former principal broker and owner of Custom Realty Group Inc.

“My vision for Re/Max Custom is to form a tight-knit team of real estate professionals that separate us from our competition with unmatched professionalism, customer service and experience,” said Liess, in a statement. “Currently we have half a dozen agents, and look forward to growing our team.”

Henry Weber, president and regional director of Re/Max of New York Inc., said Liess’ ambition is commendable.

“We are always proud to see our agents take the next step in their career to open their own office,” said Weber. “He is an experienced professional agent who will continue to provide local homebuyers and sellers with the world-class customer service, training and experience Re/Max is known for.”
