Rochester Business Journal
June 22, 2012

The Incredibly Edible Cookie Co. has launched a new line of miniature wedding pastries.

There are 12 new products, including some favorites such as gateau royale, lemon meringue tartlets, banana brickle cream tartlets and belgian chocolate mousse cups. More flavors will be added.

Robert and Kathleen Miller started the artisan bakery out of their Penfield home in May 2009. The online store, www.iecc-cookie.com, caters to corporate and individual clients.

Kathleen Miller honed her cooking skills over the years working for local establishments, including the former Creme de la Creme restaurant in Fairport and Stouffer Rochester Plaza Hotel downtown. Robert Miller spent some 25 years working for Staples Inc.
