Skooba Design, a Chili-based company specializing in the design and manufacture of carrying cases for laptops and other tech gear, has been awarded “Elite” designation by Stella Service.
Stella is an online customer service evaluation company that gives retailers designations based on their commitment to customers. Internet businesses with an “Elite” or “Excellent” rating can display Stella’s seal on their websites.
Skooba joins the likes of Apple Inc., Amazon.com Inc. and Zappos.com in having Stella’s highest possible rating.
“This is an extraordinary recognition of the seriousness with which we take customer service,” said Skooba CEO Michael Hess. “Stella’s process is intense, and very few companies, much less small businesses, make the ‘Elite’ cut. We’re proud of our standards and reputation, and this award just motivates us more.”
