Business Intelligence Associates Inc., a New York City-based e-discovery software and services company, has expanded into Rochester.

BIA announced it has opened an office at 510 Clinton Square. The company also has offices in Michigan, California, Washington and Washington D.C. The Rochester office will serve as its Upstate New York regional base.

“Our new Rochester office will allow us to more efficiently service the growing market in the region,” said Brian Schrader, BIA president.

Susan Kavanagh will become regional account manager for BIA. She is president-elect of Digital Rochester.
