Optimation Technology Inc., a multidisciplinary builder and designer of industrial operations based in Rush, has opened an office in Corning.

The 1,500-square-foot office space is to house the company’s engineers and accommodate Optimation’s traveling skilled tradesmen. Joe Sebastian, general manager for the Corning office, said, the office will serve existing clients in the Southern Tier and northern Pennsylvania region.

“The new office makes it easier for Optimation to respond to immediate client needs,” said Sebastian, in a statement. “The location is a great home base for building local project team synergy.”

The Corning office gives Optimation 11 locations in the United States. Along with three offices in the Rochester area, the company has sites in the Syracuse, Boston, Dallas, Denver, Houston, Minneapolis areas and Philadelphia areas.
