Hawn Heating & Air Conditioning Inc. has acquired Rochester Automatic Heating & Air Conditioning Inc., representatives said.
“The addition of Rochester Automatic Heating & Air Conditioning illustrates our family’s commitment to growth in the Rochester community,” said Hawn owner Doug Hawn in a statement last week.
The acquisition was completed Aug. 30.
Hawn was founded in 1931. Its headquarters is on North Winton Road.
Rochester Automatic, located on Avis Street, was in business for more than 50 years.
“With the addition of Rochester Automatic, we are able to expand our services and personnel,” Hawn said. “We are excited to provide new and superior services to both residential and commercial customers in Rochester.”
