Dixon Schwabl ranks among top places to work

Marketing communications firm Dixon Schwabl Inc. has been named one of the best workplaces for the eighth consecutive year.

The list of “Best Small and Medium Workplaces” is put together annually by research and consulting firm Great Place To Work Institute and published by Fortune magazine. The list is determined by employee surveys from the companies that apply to participate in the selection process.

Dixon Schwabl ranked 19th out of 25 firms on the list of “Best Small Workplaces,” which features companies that have 25 to 250 employees. It was the only Rochester area company to make the list.

“We take great pride in the talented people that work at Dixon Schwabl — they are the ones that really make our company a great place to work, year after year,” said Lauren Dixon, CEO of Dixon Schwabl, in a statement. “We are honored to be a part of the Great Place to Work ranking for the eighth consecutive year, helping to reinforce our community’s standing as home to the best places to live and work in America.”
