Rochester Business Journal
January 4, 2013

Constellation Brands Inc.’s executive Keith Wilson will retire in June, the Victor firm said Friday.

Wilson, executive vice president and chief human resources and administrative officer, will continue in his role until his retirement target date of June 14, a filing Friday with the Securities & Exchange Commission states.

Wilson joined the company in 2002 as senior vice president of human resources. Prior to that, he worked at Xerox Corp. and Prudential Life Insurance of America.

Constellation Brands ranked 14th on the most recent Rochester Business Journal list of manufacturers with 620 local workers. The firm is slated to release its third-quarter financial results Wednesday.
