For the second consecutive year, Inc. has ranked Rochester as one of the Top 20 Most Romantic Cities in the United States.

During the first three weeks in January, Amazon tracked the sales of items such as romance novels, relationship books, romantic movies and music, and sexual wellness products. The data was used to rank cities with more than 100,000 residents on a per capita basis.

Rochester ranked 17th, up two spots from last year. Knoxville, Tenn., placed first for the second straight year.
