General information

Public parking
All spectators should use the free public parking lots at Monroe Community College (Blue Lot) and Rochester Technology Park (Grey Lot). Carpooling is highly encouraged.

Shuttle hours
Shuttles will run Monday to Wednesday, 6:30 a.m. to 9 p.m.; Thursday and Friday, 6 a.m. to 9 p.m.; Saturday and Sunday, 6:30 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Gate hours
Monday to Wednesday, 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.; Thursday and Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 8 p.m.; Saturday and Sunday, 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Camera and autograph policy
Cameras are allowed at Oak Hill Country Club Monday through Wednesday; they are not permitted on-site during championship play, Thursday through Sunday. Mobile-device cameras may not be used to take photos during championship rounds. No video recording will be permitted at any time during Championship Week. Autographs may be requested and given at the contestants' convenience at the practice range and putting green during practice rounds only.

Mobile device policy
Adjust the volume setting to "silent" or "vibrate" while at the Championship. Spectators may accept or make phone calls in designated areas throughout the golf course, primarily near concession stands. Digital messaging and data checking are allowed on the golf course.

Prohibited items
Personal electronics such as hand-held games, radios, televisions, iPods, iPads, etc.

All oversized chairs with wide arm rests (small, portable/folding chairs are permitted).

Bags larger than 10" x 10" x 10" and all backpacks.

Weapons of any kind (regardless of permit).

Coolers, ladders, milk crates, signs, posters, banners, dogs and other pets.

Food and beverages (including alcoholic beverages).

Other items deemed unlawful or dangerous by Championship security personnel, at their sole discretion.

Methods of payment
Several methods of payment will be accepted on site. Admission Sales and Will Call: American Express, MasterCard, Visa and U.S. dollars; Championship Golf Shop: American Express, MasterCard, Visa, traveler's checks and U.S. dollars; concession and beverage stands: American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Discover Card and U.S. dollars. Personal checks will not be accepted.

Junior admission policy
The PGA of America will offer up to four complimentary junior grounds admissions with every paid adult ticket. Junior admissions apply to youth ages 17 and under and may be obtained at the Admission Sales & Will Call Office located at the main spectator entrance on the day of entry.
