New cafe opens at Rochester Airport

Brioche Doree, an urban cafe and bakery, has opened at the Greater Rochester International Airport, officials announced Wednesday.

The restaurant is located in the main food court, serving freshly baked products such as Viennese pastries, scones, muffins, cookies and croissants for breakfast and lunch, along with sandwiches, crepes, quiche, soups, salads and pizzas.

Brioche Doree is managed by Kenneth Greene, founder and president of Flour City Bagels LLC, including Bruegger’s Bagels locations in Monroe County.

“The new restaurant brings the tastes and ambiance of a French café right here to Monroe County,” County Executive Maggie Brooks said in a statement.

Brioche Doree is owned by Le Duff America Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of French restaurant operator Groupe Le Duff.
